The DTIP (Defense Technology Innovation Program) is a public-private partnership established by Marcantonio Global, working in collaboration with the US Department of Defense. MARCANTONIO GLOBAL focuses on solving specific national security problems by fostering collaboration and input from a network of over 5000 leaders from the Department of Defense, Federal agencies, Intelligence Community, and allied nations.

Field propulsion Technologies are developing composite materials (2021 NSF Phase I, 2019 DARPA, and 2017 JANNAF awards) that use an electric current to eliminate friction heating and plasma generation between the atmosphere and a reentry vehicle when it is going through reentry.
