First, on the public side, on behalf of the Pentagon the DTIP and Marcantonio Global present selected technologies to participants from across the senior leadership of the Department of Defense and from among key acquisitions authorities. That is the key to our program, which was set up specifically to perform in this function on behalf of DoD. These technology presentations are kept UNCLASSIFED and are held by teleconference (audio only). However, presentation slides are sent ahead to support each presentation and those slides are also distributed to approximately 900+ individuals working across all Services and within OSD, specifically a list of those who are directly involved in innovations.
Second, on the private side, the DTIP Marcantonio Global LLC work with each of the qualified companies that we select to help prepare the presentation and provide training. In this aspect, we provide key consulting to help develop and focus your presentation in the right format and structure to address the unique aspects of each of our presentation forums. As well, we provide presentation training, running through the talk multiple times and offering advice and counsel in addressing the kinds of questions that are typically asked and thereby perfecting your delivery to achieve the maximum impact on the key stakeholders who will attend. As part of that, we also provide design support to best formulate the most effective presentation slide deck possible.
OUSD (Policy) is working with Defense Technology Innovation Program LLC (DTIP) and Marcantonio Global LLC to announce the inaugural DTIP Future Innovations Forum, scheduled for 18 November at 13:00 ET (the forum should last one hour and will include two innovative technology presentations). You are invited to attend this phone conference forum. Three sections follow this paragraph for your review -- 1) Goals of the Forum; 2) Technology Previews; and 3) Dial-In Details.
SECTION I. GOALS OF THE FUTURE INNOVATIONS FORUM
OSD(P) is working with the Defense Technology Innovation Program LLC (DTIP). The OSD(P) DTIP Future Innovations Forum goals are to present breakthrough technologies that have direct application to the challenges of today's warfighter and, for OSD(P) itself, to find technologies that enhance and streamline business processes, bring records management into the 21st century, facilitate collaboration and coordination, enhance knowledge management, facilitate senior-level decision-making, and support Action Officers in DoD with better tools for research and planning connected with their missions.
This Forum introduces cross-level revolutionary technologies that impact present and future operational concepts and capabilities for the Joint Commanders and Interagency leaders across the spectrum of conflict. DTIP scouts, identifies, evaluates, and delivers technologies from around the globe that can create direct and indirect military applications to enhance the security and capabilities of the United States of America.
SECTION II. TECHNOLOGY PREVIEWS FOR THE UPCOMING FORUM
Presentation 1: DarwinAI, a Canadian artificial intelligence company that focuses on "Explainable AI" and accelerated, advanced deep learning design with innovative strategies in labelled data sets. Applications for Darwin AI have ranged from parts management for sustainment to tracking COVID-19 infection patterns and even to identifying virus infection in lung x-rays based on COVID-19 patterning.
Presentation 2: Anzyz is a Norwegian artificial intelligence company whose technology is based on the principles of the interaction between the human mind and computer intelligence. The system utilizes a self-learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology that is capable of reading and comprehending both unstructured and structured digital text and numbers. Critically, it understands irony, sarcasm, double-meanings, and emoticons, giving DoD and the IC a new approach to OSINT.
Thanks so much for inviting Heather and me to the presentations by Imagination Engines and E3TEK. It was great to see how the DoD Defense Technology Innovation Program (DTIP) brings together technology experts from DoD and other security agencies, including from OSD JAIC, IARPA, ODNI, DARPA, OSD R&E, ARMY G2, DTRA, DHS, CIA, AFC, and SOCOM. ODNI’s Private Sector Office shares your goal of integrating the private sector into Federal initiatives to achieve our respective missions. It was indeed fortunate to have met you at the ACT-IAC Conference on Artificial Intelligence. We look forward to further DoD-IC collaboration! I am copying Brian XXXXX, Deputy Director of the ODNI Private Sector Office.
Thanks, Nino. Have a good weekend!"

Marcantonio Global LLC in partnership with the Defense Technology Innovation Program are two private entities that were established to scout globally for innovative, revolutionary technologies that have direct or indirect military application for the United States of America. The DTIP was established as a public-private partnership program with the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense. We work with the US Department of Defense in promoting the advancement of US national security and defense acquisition strategies.
Since 2017, MG and DTIP have been working with over 105 and growing Defense Department programs and with the Intelligence Community bringing dozens of technologies from around the world for virtual and in-person presentations, demonstrations, and rapid capability assessments for consideration by senior decision makers in the Pentagon, DHS, the White House, the Intelligence Community, and strategic US allies.
MG and DTIP established a technology program that identifies, evaluates, and presents technologies from around the world that are innovative and that could be potentially transformational. Potential military applications would benefit the US Navy, US Army, US Air Force, US Marine Corps, the new US Space Force.
The DTIP prepares and schedules presentations to the Department of Defense by companies that can offer revolutionary and innovative technologies that are transformational in nature.
